Zahid Afzal, M.D. is double board-certified in Internal Medicine and Gastroenterology and sees patients in New Lenox.

After completing his medical education at American University of the Caribbean School of Medicine, Dr. Afzal completed an internship at Temple University in Philadelphia. He pursued and completed his residency and fellowship at the University of Missouri in Kansas City.
