Sher Ahsan K. Niazi, MD

Dr. Sher Ahsan Niazi is a a board-certified pediatrician.

He earned his medical degree from King Edward Medical College in Lahore, Pakistan, in 1988. He moved to the United States in 1991 and completed his pediatrics residency at Cook County Children's Hospital. After his residency, Dr. Niazi worked as a pediatrician in Louisiana and Missouri, and has been in private practice in Joliet since December 1998 and Bolingbrook since 2009. He is a member of the American Academy of Pediatrics.
    
Dr. Niazi's special interests include treating children with attention deficiency hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), asthma, obesity, and preventive care from birth through adolescence. He speaks Urdu/Hindi and uses this skill to work with patients and families.
