About The Provider
Sarah Smalley, DMSc, PA-C, DFAAPA is board certified by the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants. She attended Benedictine University where she received a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. She received a Master of Medical Science degree from Midwestern University in the Physician Assistant Program.
Sarah has over 15 years of experience in primary care, urgent care and emergency medicine. She has an interest in chronic care management, infectious disease, and women’s health. She also is certified to complete Department of Transportation (DOT) physicals.
She is currently a Distinguished Fellow and active member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants. Sarah has previously served on the Board of Directors for the Illinois Academy of Physician Assistants including serving as President.
