Dr Alasadi was questioning me about previous tests I had done when he was at Duly. I couldn't find them immediately in MyChart and it made me nervous. He was frustrated, but his nurse finally located what he was looking for. I also found it, once he left the room. It just made me very uncomfortable!

Provider kept cutting me off when I tried to explain the reason for my visit. Every response he made to me was rude. Nothing was accomplished for me at this visit. I will never see that provider again.

I was almost taken aback at how thoroughly Dr. Alasadi had reviewed my chart before my visit because he really reviewed my history, what tests I've had and the results (eg my bloodwork looked good, and he had pointed to things he would've looked for), he asked and listened to my responses with intention. He thoroughly explained possible diagnoses that we would investigate, gave me realistic expectations, and made sure I understood. While the appointment was efficient, it was absolutely thorough. I was impressed with my first visit with Dr. Alasadi.
