This was my first visit to Urgent Care Orland Park and I was very pleased with the care I received.

This was my first experience there and I feel comfortable and confident to return there.

Allow I liked the location, the nurse/assistant and Dr. S , trying to call over and over to get appointment and refill was very frustrating and I'm not sure I want to go thru all that every time so I couldn't recommend this particular practice.

Nurse Practitioner was attentive to my concerns & did a thorough physical exam. She provided appropriate medication suggestions & treatment options.

Our primary doctor for 25 years (Dr. Susan Rife) retired, and Dr. Paul Striegel worked at the clinic since Dr. Rife sold practice to SCMG over a year ago. Dr. Striegel then started at SCMG Orland Park Pavilion and we switched to Dr. Striegel (for both my wife and myself). First saw Dr. Striegel in October 2025 and had follow-up January 22, 2026. Both my wife and myself felt a lot of confidence in Dr. Striegel (he told us a little about his medical background) and we liked Dr. Striegel and his MedAsst Janine Lonigro.

Dr Striegel is an outstanding physician. He has true compassion for his patients and takes the time to ensure that you understand everything he is proposing.

My first visit as a new patient and it was very nice. Dr spent time with me and addressed all my issues.

We were patients of Dr. Susan Rife for over 25 years. When she retired, we chose Dr. Striegel because (1) he is with Silver Cross, (2) he was at Dr. Rife's clinic before moving to SCMG Orland Park pavilion. Our first appointment with Dr. Striegel was 10-23-25 (both my wife and I have appts back to back and go in together to see the doctor). We both liked Dr. Striegel, very good manner with patients, explained his background and asked questions and explained health care going forward.

My husband and I were patients of Dr. Susan Rife for 25 years (she recently retired). We chose Dr. Paul Gregory Striegel because (1) he was with SCMG and was working at Dr. Rife's office for over a year before he switched over to SCMG Orland Park Pavilon, (2) SCMG Orland Park Pavilion is 7 minutes away from our home. We liked Dr. Striegel, he introduced himself and told us a bit about his history and practice, (3) we felt he was a seasoned primary care doctor and had a lot of experience
