About The Provider
Michael A. Casey, DO is a board-certified neurosurgeon specializing in endovascular and cerebrovascular surgery, skull base and oncologic neurosurgery, spine, and trauma care.
Dr. Casey completed CAST-accredited fellowships in cerebrovascular and endovascular neurosurgery at the Medical University of South Carolina and Semmes Murphey Clinic, as well as a fellowship in neurosurgical oncology at the University of Colorado.
A graduate of Midwestern University’s Chicago College of Osteopathic Medicine, Dr. Casey has held multiple faculty appointments and contributed to national presentations and academic courses on skull base surgery and stroke care. He is licensed to practice in seven states and remains committed to advancing neurosurgical excellence through clinical innovation and education.

Treatment of stroke, aneurysms, arteriovenous malformations (AVMs), and Vascular malformations. Minimally invasive catheter-based procedures for brain and spinal blood vessels, complex tumors and lesions at the base of the skull, surgical management of brain and spinal tumors, advanced imaging and intraoperative navigation, degenerative spine disease, spinal tumors, spinal trauma, optimization of care for neurovascular emergencies.
