I like Dr Burda. She was attentive to my medical health.

Dr. Burda is a wonderful family physician. She is thoughtful, knowledgeable, and never rushes me when discussing my medical issues.

My back was bothering me. Dr Burda checked me out, increased my nerve pain temporarily, and scheduled me for an MRI on my back.

I sent 2 family members to Dr. Burda.

It was my first time seeing this dr. She was good but because I had to wait so long I had to expedite my visit when she arrived. I had another appt to get to

The technician explained the procedure well, made sure I felt comfortable. Advised long it would take and when my Dr.would get the results. Slso waited outside room while I got dressed and then escorted me back to the waiting room.

Dr. Burda is excellent. She listens and discusses alternatives with me.

Dr. Burda is very responsive to patient needs. My only concern is that she had an hour delay on arriving to her office on this day. I understand that some delays may be unavoidable. However l, it would have been helpful if the staff communicated the expected delayed wait time to patients. As a result of waiting over 1 hour & 30 minutes to be seen, I had to reschedule another medical appt at a different facility.

Dr. Burda is an outstanding doctor, however, it seems she is overloaded on appointments. This has been apparent since I started with the Orland Park facility. I came to this location because I experienced the same problem at Advocate and thought Silver Cross would be better.
