Dr. Hines-Mays understood my health concern very well, listened to my continuing symptoms, and recommended a treatment plan that she thought would be best

The doctor was outstanding. Based on the excellent results of my recent treatments, she suggested a reduction in dosage of one of my medications.

The physician requires this visit just to review medication regime prior to refilling. That was the reason for my visit. I did not have any acute medical issues, just updated her on recent health concerns. No interventions were suggested at this time.

Did not care for the doctor's bedside manner. Very cold. Did not feel comfortable at all discussing any concerns. She was not welcoming at all.

Dr. Hines Mays was very professional & welcoming. Addressed all my concerns. Sent in orders for all the procedures I need to schedule within the year. Asked that I schedule a 6 mo appointment w/her, which I did. She listens & is very thorough. Easy & comfortable demeanor. Making the transition from my retired physician who I've known for over 30 yrs much easier than I thought! I really like & respect her.

Dr Hines-Mays was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with my current medical issue, even though I am a new patient for her.

She examined me on my first visit, asked questions, and sent me for a couple tests.

I have always experienced the utmost professionalism at your facility.

Was very sad to see my primary doctor leave this practice, but the doctor who took her place is (so far, two visits) excellent, caring and professional

Overall not a bad visit just not the same as Dr Veldman who was wonderful. Also yeah I am obese but I lost 80 pounds at least say something nice vs well you have more to go and you have a heart murmur you need tests

Dr Hines-Mays was very personable and professional.

As this was my first visit with Dr Hines-Mays, and a Medicare wellness visit, there was not too much discussion. I may need a follow up visit, depending on test results, which would allow for more discussion.

While Dr. Hines Mays is a new doctor for me, I've been coming to this practice for many years and it has been because of the care and follow-up I've received from the staff in this office. They are exceptional.
